A: No. All body piercing services are final sale. Z-Edge Tattoo & Body Piercing does not offer refunds or exchanges on piercings.

Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like my tattoo?
A: No. Tattoos are final sale. If you need adjustments, you may qualify for a free touch-up under our 1-year tattoo guarantee (rules apply).

Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like my piercing?
A: No. Piercings are final sale. If you have concerns about healing or jewelry fit, contact your Z-Edge location for guidance.

Q: Can I return or exchange body jewelry?
A: No. All body jewelry is final sale. No refunds or exchanges are offered for jewelry for hygiene and safety reasons.

Q: Can I return or exchange aftercare products?
A: No. All aftercare products are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are offered.

Q: Why is your refund policy “no refunds / no exchanges”?
A: Tattoos and piercings involve permanent services and sterile procedures, and jewelry/aftercare items are hygiene-related products. For safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on tattoos, piercings, jewelry, or aftercare.


Jewelry Warranty (Titanium & 14K Gold)

Q: Do you offer a warranty on jewelry?
A: Yes. Titanium and 14K gold jewelry purchased from Z-Edge includes a lifetime guarantee on workmanship.

Q: What does the lifetime jewelry guarantee cover?
A: It covers workmanship defects in titanium and 14K gold jewelry (manufacturing-related issues). If a defect is confirmed, the item will be repaired or exchanged for the exact same piece when applicable.

Q: What jewelry qualifies for the lifetime workmanship guarantee?
A: Only titanium and 14K gold jewelry purchased from Z-Edge qualifies for the lifetime workmanship guarantee.

Q: Do I need to bring the jewelry in for a warranty claim?
A: Yes. You must return the jewelry to Z-Edge for evaluation. You must have the jewelry in your possession to qualify.

Q: Can I use the warranty if I lost the jewelry?
A: No. If the jewelry is lost, the warranty is void. You must have the jewelry to qualify.

Q: Can I exchange warrantied jewelry for a different style or different piece?
A: No. Warranty service is repair or exchange for the exact same piece only (same model/style).

Q: If my jewelry is damaged, will it be replaced for free?
A: If the issue is confirmed to be a workmanship defect and you return the jewelry, it may be repaired or exchanged for the exact same piece. Damage from loss, misuse, or accidents is not covered.


Tattoo Touch-Up Guarantee (1 Year)

Q: Do Z-Edge tattoos come with a guarantee?
A: Yes. Tattoos are guaranteed for 1 year and include one free touch-up, as long as you follow the touch-up rules.

Q: What is included in the free tattoo touch-up?
A: One free touch-up within 1 year of the original tattoo date, performed by the original artist only.

Q: Can any artist do my free touch-up?
A: No. The free touch-up must be done by the original tattoo artist only.

Q: Do I need an appointment for a free touch-up?
A: Yes. Free touch-ups are appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted for free touch-ups.

Q: How do I schedule my free touch-up?
A: Contact the Z-Edge location you visited and request a touch-up appointment with your original artist. Touch-ups must be scheduled within the 1-year guarantee period.

Q: Are walk-ins accepted for free touch-ups?
A: No. Walk-ins are not accepted for free touch-ups. Touch-ups must be scheduled.

A: No. There is no guarantee on hand tattoos.
